Accommodation

The participants of the Moot purchase airline tickets and book hotel rooms at their own expense. The Organizer recommends accommodation in Hotel Astrus Moscow, which is one of the partners of the Moot. All events of the Moot, including litigation and mediation rounds, gathering before the trip to Saint Petersburg, awarding ceremony and gala dinner will take place in Hotel Astrus Moscow.

As partner of the Moot Hotel Astrus Moscow offers the teams a special price: RUR3000 per day for double accommodation and RUR4500 per day for triple accommodation. This price includes buffet breakfast. Thus standard BB accommodation per person is RUR7500 (USD130 or EUR109) for five nights (5-10 November).

Upon registration of the team and payment of the registration fee the Organizer will send the team's Contact Person a promocode which will be valid for double and triple accommodation bookings for 5-10 November 2017.
