Limitations

Only full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students of LLB or LLM educational programs (or their local analogues) are allowed to register and participate in the Moot.

Please note that unlike many other jurisdictions, legal age in Russia is 18 years, and Russian legislation doesn't make any difference between foreigners and citizens in this respect. This is why we recommend that team members shall be at least 18 years old to avoid complications with the visas and other matters.

Only one team from each university may take part in the Moot. If a university has branches in different cities or regions, each branch thereof may register its team for the Moot.

Students from different universities may form a team, but they can choose only one university to represent. If such university has already registered with RSUJ Moot, the team would have to choose another school to represent.
